Our tightening stations guide you through the fuse box assembly in which it is necessary to carry out wire tightening sequence. Our station will guide the operator and make sure that the tightening sequence is correctly done through the electrical controls of the inserted wires and the control the tightening spindle showing at all times detailed information on the operator screen. Furthermore you can add different kinds of additional tests in order to ensure the whole process: Connector detection, inspection by means of vision equipment, cover shutting control… Thanks to a process of continuous improvement and confidence from our customers, EMDEP’s tightening stations are a reference in the field.
